Light amber to orange in colour with a healthy head. Starts with a star burst of tropical fruit flavours and aromas that awaken the taste buds with a rush of what they've been missing. Multi layered, roller coaster hoppy flavours with a smooth bitter finish. A brew that refreshes and excites the palate and builds the expectation for another.
Black Forest Gateau in a glass! Lots of cocoa, a bit of tart cherry and vanilla. Medium-full bodied and rounded out with oats and lactose. Dosed with a fair amount of Pacific Gem hops in the whirlpool and multiple dry hop additions provides a dark berry and light oak character to add to all that chocolate and cherry decadence.
An easy drinking Any Time NZ craft beer with wonderful flavour. Sometimes looks can be decieving and greatness can come along in a small package. This is one cheeky little Session IPA. Just enough maltiness from the Munich Malt to provide the backbone for this little NZ hopped hop-bomb. The balance is bitter with lots of tropical fruit and a long bitter finish.The perfect beer for the responsible hop-head.
An extra pale ale, not just an ale that is extra pale. At the stronger end of the style, reasonably dry with restrained bitterness, but a whole lot of late hopping provides massive grapefruit, some lemon and lime and a touch of sour malt gives a slight tart edge that really helps to accentuate the citrusy hops
Weezledog's American version of its award winning Hopster IPA. This is a seasonal and limited release so get in early to avoid disappointment. Clean, crisp, hoppy and pale. A seasonal celebration of the US hop harvest. Breaks from Weezledog's tradition of brewing with only NZ grown malt and hops. A homage to those who redeemed India Pale Ale, those addicted to insane hoppage and a savage journey to the heart of the American dream. Brew it and they will drink.
A real BRUTE of a beer! With a final gravity slightly below the density of water, and a bigger hop charge than we have ever used before. Simcoe lupulin powder, CTZ and Nelson Sauvin combine with a light alcohol sweetness to make for one dangerously drinkable hop bomb of a beer!
